OQVA.digital — Audit

Last updated: 2026-03-08

What it is

Venture studio / operational cofounder model. OQVA takes 30–50% equity and provides product, operations, brand/positioning, and capital to founders stuck at 0→1. Explicitly anti-VC — targets sustainable operating businesses (agencies, professional services, niche operators), not venture-scale exits.

Two-person team: Andrei (brand/positioning) + Henry (tech/automation).

What's working

Positioning is sharp. "Operational cofounder" is the right label — distinct from agency, distinct from accelerator. The homepage copy is clear and direct. The equity structure (30–50%, proportional to contribution) is unusually transparent for this space.

Blog is genuinely good. Five posts, real point of view:

Content is coherent with the positioning. The blog is doing real work.

Technical: Sitemap fixed ✅ — all URLs correctly showing https://oqva.digital/..., bilingual (EN + pt-BR). Site is fast and clean.

What's broken or missing

Manual page is empty. /manual renders a footer and nothing else. The sitemap lists 80+ manual entries — none are loading. This is the biggest credibility gap on the site right now. Anyone who clicks Manual hits a blank page.

No portfolio/case studies page. Kokokotsu, Becher Gare, Christina's Cleaners — none are visible on the site. The homepage talks about backing founders but shows no evidence of having done it. A single case study page would close this gap.

No apply/contact flow. The homepage ends with "Apply to be a cofounder" but there's no visible form or link. Where does someone actually apply?

Priority fixes

Priority Issue Effort
🔴 Critical Manual page blank — 80+ entries not rendering Low (likely a routing or data issue)
🔴 Critical No apply mechanism visible on homepage Low (add a form or Typeform link)
🟡 Important No portfolio/case studies Medium (write 2–3 case study pages)
🟢 Minor LinkedIn still shows London, not São Paulo Trivial

What to do next

  1. Fix the Manual — diagnose why /manual entries aren't rendering. The content exists (sitemap proves it), something is broken in the rendering layer.
  2. Add an apply CTA — even a simple Typeform or email link. Right now the homepage sells the model and then leaves people with no next step.
  3. One case study — Kokokotsu or Christina's. Doesn't need to be long. "Here's a founder we backed, here's what we built, here's where they are now." Proof that the model works.
